Who we are

Bialto is a dedicated platform for the acquisition, development and management of residential rental properties. It is currently one of the leading Spanish residential for rent platforms, managing a portfolio of 3,600 price-controlled and open market newly developed dwellings located in Madrid, Barcelona and their metropolitan areas.

It was created in 2019 to develop community-integrated projects, prioritizing the well-being of tenants, and anticipating a long-term structural change in the way people want to live, with a model based on quality, integrity and sustainability.

Bialto’s team has different backgrounds such as investment, technical and management, vertically integrating the whole process and providing 360º solutions to the Spanish residential rental market, and forms part of the Urban Input Group.
